MULTIPLEYE

robot sensor : real-time depth sensing and localization

MultiplEYE’s real-time 3D sensing technology has been made fast and lightweight so that it can be used to recognize surrounding obstacles and recognize the robot’s self-position, which are essential for autonomous robot operation. The basic system consists of four synchronized ultra-wide-angle fisheye lens cameras, one IMU, and software that supports ROS, and allows configuration changes as needed.

xEye.VPS : visual positioning system both outdoors and indoors

xEye.VPS is MultiplEYE’s wide-area image-based location recognition service. Based on MultiplEYE’s innovative 3D map construction technology, it quickly scans large areas to build a map database and allows users to find their exact location with videos. It effectively models various changes such as lighting, seasons, and new buildings that change over time to provide accurate and robust location-based recognition services.

xEye.Modeler : quick and easy 3D environment modeling

MultiplEYE introduces vision-based dense 3D modeling service. Capturing and mapping the environment using our system are easy and fast thanks to the high-resolution 360 FoV depths and images. Compared to those using expensive LiDAR sensors or photogrammetry services requiring experts, our system can be operated by non-experts and delivers the high quality results much faster than the existing services. Reconstructed 3D models are available for various applications such as VPS and AR/VR.
